Terms of Use
Last updated: October 2025
These Terms of Use govern your use of the JustBlinds website at justblinds.com.au (the “Site”) and the matching and referral service it provides (the “Service”). By using the Site, you agree to these terms.
About the service
JustBlinds operates as a matching and referral service. We connect homeowners who are seeking blind installation, supply, or repair services with vetted local blind specialists in their area. JustBlinds is not a blind manufacturer, retailer, or installer.
The Service facilitates the introduction between homeowners and specialists. Any agreement for the supply of goods or services — including quotes, orders, installation contracts, and warranties — is made directly between you and the specialist. JustBlinds is not a party to these agreements.
No guarantee of outcomes
While we take care in selecting the specialists we work with, JustBlinds makes no guarantee as to:
- The quality, timeliness, or outcome of any work performed by a specialist
- The price or terms of any quote provided by a specialist
- The availability of a specialist in your area
- The suitability of any particular product or solution for your needs
We encourage you to obtain and compare quotes from multiple sources before making purchasing decisions, and to satisfy yourself as to a specialist’s credentials, licences, and insurance before entering into any agreement.
Free service to homeowners
The matching and referral service is provided free of charge to homeowners. You will not be charged a fee for submitting a quote request or for being matched with a specialist. Any costs associated with the supply, installation, or repair of blinds are a matter between you and the specialist directly.
Accuracy of information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure the content on the Site is accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that the content is free from errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. Nothing on the Site constitutes professional advice — for specific advice about safety, building standards, or regulatory requirements, consult a qualified professional.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, images, and design — is the property of JustBlinds or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JustBlinds excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Site or the Service, including any dealings with specialists introduced through the Service. Where legislation implies warranties or guarantees that cannot be excluded, our liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (Competition and Consumer Act 2010, Schedule 2) that cannot be excluded by agreement.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of Australian courts.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
